The ability to travel with relative freedom, comfort and at reasonable cost is one of the great benefits of living in this age. Whether it is to visit family and friends, conduct business or experience the culture, cuisine and sights of distant lands, nothing has made its importance clearer to us than the past year in which we have had to stay at home in order to stay safe from the pandemic.
But we are all fervently hoping that those restrictions will be lifted before too long. I believe that the best way to lessen distrust, hate and anger in the world is by seeing firsthand how similar people really are and what a joy it is to become even briefly acquainted with them.
In order to relive some of my past travels and perhaps inspire others to start planning their future travels, I have collected 8,000 photos I have taken while traveling around the world and put them in my new photo website.
